I wanted to share some communication that went out yesterday . Elanco is implementing a Voluntary Stop Distribution and Sale on specific SKUs of ULTRA Duramune and ULTRA Hybrid FVRCP. This Voluntary Stop Distribution and Sale is due to Quality Control (QC) tests not conducted in compliance with requirements.
- The impacted serials that are already in clinics, can continue to be used. There are NO safety or potency concerns.
- Elanco’s normal return policy still applies.
- Companion Animal Vaccines Return Policy Vaccines will be replaced 100% in kind or credited 80% of current best price available to the account at the time of the return as long as (a) dating is within 180 days after product expiration date, and (b) Product is in the same single unit quantities as listed on the price list and in the original, intact, unopened packages.
- There are equivalent 1 ML skus available to be ordered by clinics. 1MLs are NOT impacted.
- During the stop sell period, allow orders for impacted SKUs to be captured as back orders. I have worked with your team to provide a pop up in the system with the equivalent Elanco 1ml SKU’s. Below is a comparison chart.
